Vanco Prykerchenska

Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd, an affiliate of Vanco Energy Company and its subsidiary Vanco International Ltd, was founded on 23 August 2007 to explore for and develop deep-water oil and gas deposits in the Prykerchenska Block of Ukraine’s Black Sea. Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd. is registered in the British Virgin Islands and operates via an official representative office in Ukraine.

Three companies – DTEK, Shadowlight Investments and Integrum Technologies– act as financial partners of Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd.  in the project, which is in line with DTEK’s long-term development strategy and important for Ukraine’s energy security.

Vanco Energy Company is a US-registered independent company that carries out the full range of exploration and development work on deep-water oil and gas deposits worldwide.

All of Vanco Energy’s international operations are carried out through its subsidiary, Vanco International, which in turn has created affiliates in the regions where it operates. At present, Vanco Energy has representative offices in Ivory Coast, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana and Ukraine.
