DTEK’s sole shareholder is System Capital Management (SCM).

SCM Group is a professional investor, the largest management company in Ukraine. The Group operates in six core business areas: metals and mining, energy, finance, telecommunications, media and real estate; and includes the SCM Management Company and more than 100 enterprises and organisations in Ukraine, the US, the EU (Italy and the UK) and Switzerland. SCM plans to increase its presence in global markets while maintaining leadership in Ukraine. SCM focuses on the long-term growth in the value of its assets.

SCM Group is one of Europe’s leading financial and industrial groups, playing a key role in the economic development of Eastern Europe. The Chief Executive Officer of SCM is Oleg Popov.

Rinat Akhmetov is the sole shareholder of SCM Group.
