DTEK Allocated Over UAH 1.3 Billion for Social and Sustainable Development Projects in 2011

Kyiv, 3 May 2012. In 2011, DTEK invested more than UAH 1.3 billion in social and sustainable development. About UAH 330 million of the total amount was allocated for occupational safety programmes. More than UAH 980 million was channelled into environmental protection. The Company invested more than UAH 30 million in social partnership projects in the towns and cities of its operations. Costs for social assets maintenance in these regions amounted to UAH 46 million.

DTEK Wins the Tender on Sale of 50% in Dniprooblenergo

17 April 2012, Kyiv. - DTEK has won a tender held by the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) on the sale of 50% in Dniprooblenergo PJSC and will pay UAH 660.1mln for the shares. During the tender, the price of the company’s stake went up by UAH 60.1mln. Thus, DTEK has concentrated 51.505 % in Dniprooblenergo.
