Selection rounds of candidates

  1. A telephone interview with the employee of the Human resource department (is conducted to identify motivation and clarify information provided in the curriculum vitae)
  2. Interview and testing in the Company’s office (overall assessment of the candidate and determination of his knowledge level for the given vacancy)
  3. nterview with the line manager (the check of professional knowledge and skills)
  4. Meeting with the Company’s Security Service representative.

Please note that depending on the level of the position, the number and order of the interviews and the interval between them can vary.

During the interviews you will get the comprehensive information about the position, working conditions, compensation package, as well as on conditions of the employment offer receiving.

Tips for candidates

In this section we want to provide information for all the people who want to join the professional team of DTEK. Hopefully, our tips will be helpful for you:

  • Firstly you should learn information about the Company and the list of the active vacancies. Try to make conscious choice, find the area you can approve yourself in
  • Remember, curriculum vitae is your calling card. It is important that your curriculum vitae contains the summary of your experience with the description of functional, key skills and additional training
  • Structure the descriptive part of the curriculum vitae. If you provide complete information and photo in your curriculum vitae, it will raise the prospect of distinguishing your candidacy ahead of total number of responses. Motivation letter is a plus
  • Before sending your curriculum vitae please assess the alignment of your skills to ones stated in the vacancy profile
  • Sending curriculum vitae to cv@dtek.com, you will get a notification letter. Your curriculum vitae will be added to the database and will be reviewed by the hiring manager. In case of the positive review our specialist will contact you within two weeks.
