Oleg Popov graduated from Donetsk Polytechnic Institute in 1990 and from Donetsk State University in 1996.

In 1993 Sergey Korovin graduated with honours from the Department of Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics of Moscow State University.

In 1994 Irina Mykh graduated with honours from the Law faculty of Ivan Franko Lvov State University. She also studied at Osgoode Law School, York University, Toronto (Canada).

Natalia Izosimova graduated from Moscow State Pedagogical University with a Master’s degree in English and American Literature.

In 1972 Robert Sheppard graduated from the University of Wyoming (US) with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical and Mathematical Sciences. In 1991 he completed the Executive MBA programme at the Columbia University School of Business (US).

Catherine holds a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh (Scotland).

Johan holds a Ph.D. degree in Regional Planning with specialisation in public administration and finance from the Université de Montréal (Canada) and an M.Sc. degree in Urban Planning from the Eindhoven University of Technology the Netherlands).
