The fundamental principles and procedures of corporate governance at DTEK are set out in the Charter of DTEK Holdings B.V., approved in 2009. Along with the Code of Corporate Ethics, the Charter creates a foundation for making considered and effective management decisions.

Going forward, DTEK also intends to develop and adopt a Corporate Governance Code.
